Membership Waiver and Release of Liability

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I understand that attendance at nightclubs, festivals, concerts, events and associated activities (including but not limited to dancing, high-volume sound exposure, alcohol consumption, hookah use, strobe lighting, rage rooms, carnival rides, carnival or back yard games, and large crowds) involves inherent risks including, but not limited to: personal injury, loss of property, illness, accidents, emotional distress, and exposure to flashing lights and loud noises. I willingly assume all such risks and release the Organizers from liability.

2. Waiver of Liability and Release

I waive, release, and discharge Drop Zone EDM Club, Pluridian Music Festival, Big Bottom Brewery &, any affiliated venues, staff, or contractors from any claims related to injury or damages arising out of participation, even if caused by negligence.

3. Medical Treatment Consent

I authorize event staff to obtain medical treatment in case of emergency and accept responsibility for any associated costs.

4. Alcohol & Substance Policy

I acknowledge that I must be 21+ to consume alcohol, and I assume full responsibility for my behavior. I agree not to possess or use illegal substances.

5. Property Damage / Theft

I am responsible for damages I cause. Organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.

6. Photo & Video Release

I grant permission to use my image in promotional materials without compensation.

7. Code of Conduct & Membership Terms

I will follow all event rules, respect staff and guests, and understand that membership may be revoked for violations.

8. Event Cancellation / Force Majeure

I understand events may be canceled due to weather, safety, or other causes, and refunds are not guaranteed.

9. Venue Release

This waiver applies to all venues under the Pluridian Music Festival brand, including Al’s Pizza, Big Bottom Brewery and any contracted locations.

10. Governing Law & Severability

This agreement is governed by Pennsylvania law. If any part is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

Acknowledgment

By checking the acknowledgment box in the registration app, I confirm I have read and understood this waiver. I agree to all terms stated above and understand that this digital acknowledgment carries the same legal weight as a physical signature.
