Welcome to DropZoneClub.com, operated by The Pluridian Music Festival LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), which includes the Drop Zone EDM Club and affiliated venues including Sauced in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, membership services, and any related events or content (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To access our Services, you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. Memberships
Memberships to Drop Zone are required for entry and are available in weekly, monthly, and annual formats. All memberships:
– Are non-transferable.
– Include tier-specific perks as described on the membership page.
– Are subject to availability and club/event rules.
– Will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date (for monthly/yearly plans).
We reserve the right to modify membership benefits at any time, with notice provided to active members via email or in-app notification.
3. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay all associated charges and applicable taxes. Payment processors are third-party services, and we do not store your full payment information.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on memberships or event access. If we cancel an event, you may be eligible for a credit toward future use. You may cancel a renewing membership at any time before the next billing cycle.
5. Conduct & Community Standards
Members must comply with all club rules, event rules, and laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Respecting staff, patrons, and performers.
– Not engaging in illegal, threatening, or unsafe behavior.
– Following security and safety guidelines at all events and venues.
We reserve the right to revoke membership without refund for violations of conduct or abuse of membership privileges.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
7. Content & User Submissions
You may interact with blog content through comments. By posting a comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your submitted content. We reserve the right to moderate or remove comments at our discretion.
8. Venue Liability & Waiver
By attending events or using the membership program, you agree to the terms of our Membership Waiver, which includes a release of liability for The Pluridian Music Festival, Drop Zone EDM Club, Sauced, and all affiliated venues and event partners.
9. Affiliate & Promoter Sales
We work with independent affiliates and promoters who may sell memberships using unique links. These third parties may earn a commission from each sale. You acknowledge that purchases made through an affiliate link are subject to the same terms and policies.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, media, and content on the site are property of The Pluridian Music Festival LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without express written consent.
11. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
